The great thing about digital cameras is that you have lots of pictures.
And with lots of pictures, how to manage them provides some challenges and options. There are over 800 pictures from the Wedding. Included are all of the pictures taken, the good and the bad. A couple of the really really bad were deleted.
The disc handed out is a DVD. You need a computer with a DVD drive to view the pictures. It is possible to put the pictures on a CD, it would take three CDs unless the pictures are compressed. If the pictures are compressed, they will fit on one CD. Either can can be done if desired.
The pictures on the DVD are in there full file size as taken by the camera. They are high quality generally and can be used to print 8 1/2 x 11 pictures if you want. To print them it is best to use a printer designed for pictures with glossy paper. Any printer works, the quality may not be as good however.
Picture files sizes can be made smaller, they can be compressed. The smaller files are perfect for e-mailing and viewing on computer screens. Often they are ok for printing especially if the prints are smaller than 8 1/2 x 11.
Click on the links below to see thumbnails of all the pictures. Click on any of the thumbnails to see a better view of the picture, If you have dial-up, please be patient as it takes a few minutes to download. The files you are viewing are compressed and may not work so well for printing, but are fine for viewing.
Enjoy!
